In the multiplayer mode, players compete against each other to reach either 5000 or 7500 points before their opponent does. In the single player and tournament modes, the goal is to accumulate as many points as possible in 10 moves.
The game is played with 6 dice, and each roll presents different scoring combinations. To score points, players must accumulate at least 300 points and bank them. Rolling a Farkle three times in a row results in a penalty of -500 points. If a player fails to roll a meaningful scoring combination, they receive 0 points.
